Download Private Notetaker

Private Notetaker records meetings locally on your computer, transcribes them, and creates summaries without sending meeting audio to a cloud transcription service.

Mac install

Open the downloaded DMG file.
Drag Private Notetaker into Applications.
Open Private Notetaker from Applications.
Allow microphone and screen recording permissions if prompted.

Windows install

Open the downloaded EXE file.
Follow the installer prompts.
Open Private Notetaker from the Start menu.
Allow microphone access if Windows asks.
